REASONS FOR DECISION 1. This is an application by Mr Rodney van Royden for leave for a complaint of disability discrimination in the provision of goods and services by the Respondent to go ahead. 2. The complaint was declined by the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board (ADB) by letter dated 13 August 2019. In those circumstances leave is required under s 96 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) for the applicant to proceed with his complaint in the Tribunal.
