1 Name of Regulation This Regulation is the Parents and Citizens Associations Incorporation Regulation 2020.
2 Commencement This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Definition In this Regulation— the Act means the Parents and Citizens Associations Incorporation Act 1976.
Note— The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.
4 Election to be held before 31 August 2021 For the purposes of section 23F(a) of the Act, the first election after the commencement of this regulation is to be held before 31 August 2021.
