Judicial Officers Regulation 2022
1 Name of Regulation This Regulation is the Judicial Officers Regulation 2022.
2 Commencement This Regulation commences on 1 September 2022 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
Note— This Regulation replaces the Judicial Officers Regulation 2017, which is repealed on 1 September 2022 by the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, section 10(2).
3 Lodging of complaints—the Act, s 17 A complaint is to be in the form approved by the Commission and is to be lodged with the Chief Executive of the Commission.
4 Verification of complaints—the Act, s 17 A complaint must be accompanied by particulars of the matter on which the complaint is based and those particulars must be verified by statutory declaration.
