Water Sharing Plan for the Castlereagh (below Binnaway) Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2011

Water Management Act 2000

|, the Minister for Primary Industries, in pursuance of section 50 of the Water Management Act 2000, do, by this Order, make the following Minister's Plan for the Castlereagh Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources.

Explanatory note Section 50 (1) of the Water Management Act 2000 provides that the Minister may, by order published on the NSW legislation website, make a Minister's plan:

(a) for any part of the State that is not within a water management area, or

(b) for any water management area or water source, or part of a water management area or water source, for which a management plan is not in force, or

(c) for any water management area or water source, or part of a water management area or water source, for which a management plan is in force, but only so as to deal with matters not dealt with by the management plan.

The purpose of this Order is to make the Water Sharing Plan for the Castlereagh (below Binnaway) Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2011.
