|, Melinda Pavey, the Minister for Water, Property and Housing do, by this Order, in pursuance of section 50 of the Water Management Act 2000, make the following Minister's plan, being the Water Sharing Plan for the NSW Border Rivers Alluvial Groundwater Sources 2020.

Explanatory notes
This Plan replaces the Water Sharing Plan for the NSW Border Rivers Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2012 in relation to the NSW Border Rivers Alluvial Groundwater Sources.
This Order is made under section 50 of the Water Management Act 2000. The concurrence of the Minister for Energy and Environment was obtained prior to the making of this Plan.
