Short title.
Municipal Council of Bathurst. [22nd April, 1864.]
HEREAS it is expedient to transfer to the Municipality of
Bathurst the Market established in the Town of Bathurst in
the year one thousand eight hundred and forty-scven Be it therefore
enacted by the Qucen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of
New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The Market established in the Town of Bathurst in the ycar one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven under the Act third Victoria number nineteen and all land and estate and all personal property of whatsoever kind belonging thereto or usually held and enjoyed therewith or held in trust therefor or for the purposes thereof are hereby transferred to and vested in the Council of the Municipality of Bathurst in trust for and subject to the several purposes and pro- visions of the " Municipalities Act of 1858."
2. This Act shall be styled and may be cited as the " Bathurst Market Act of 1864."
