Lanigan and the Honorable John Nagle bose. Ryan a member of the Legislative Council
as Trustees of certain land in the county
of King parish of Boorowa town of Boorowa to sell the said land and to pro-
vide for the appropriation of the proceeds thereof. [28nd July, 1884]
AY ITERMAS by a grant from the Crown bearing date the sixteenth Preamble. day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four the land specified in the First Schedule hereto was granted unto the said Right Reverend William Lanigan the Very Reverend Michael MeAlroy and John Nagle Ryan their heirs and assigns upon trust for he' erection thereon of a Roman Catholic church And whereas by a grant from the Crown bearing date the sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand cight hundred and seventy-four the land specified in the Second Schedule hereto was granted unto the Right Reverend William Lanigan the Very Reverend Michacl MeAlroy and John Nagle Ryan their heirs and assigns upon trust for the appropriation thereof as the site of a dw clling-house garden and other appurtenances for the clergyman duly appointed to officiate in the Roman Catholic church And whereas by grant from the Crown bearing date the sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sev enty- four the land spceificd in the Third Schedule hereto was granted unto the Right Reverend William Lanigan the Very Reverend Michael McAlr oy and John Nagle Ryan their heirs and assigns upon trust for the appropriation thereof as the site for a Roman Catholic school- house And whereas since the date of the said grants the said Very Reverend Michael McAlroy departed this life And whereas it has been found that the said sites for a church and presbytery and school-house are unsuitable for the purposes for which they were respectively granted and it is expedient that the said land should be sold and that the proceeds to arise from such sale should he applied in or towards the
