An Act to authorize the erection and mainten-
ance of Cattle Council of Mu cipality of Mu
Sale-yards by the Municipal swellbrook within the Muni- swellbrook, [Ist July, 1886. ]
HEREAS on or about the twenty-ninth day of June in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight
undred and eighty-five the
land in the Schedule hereto more specifically described was set apart
by
the Governor with t
dedicated by a notice in the Government purpose of Cattle Sale-yards at Muswel
been duly vested in the

established on the said land and it is necessary for such purpose that
full power should be given to the Munici

to erect and maintain suitable buildings and yards on such land and
