An Act to enable William Tenry Simpson , James Vickery and William Ransome Gullick as Trustees of certain land in the parish of St. Mary Waverley to sell the

said land and to provide for the appropri- ation of the proceeds thereof and to vest in the said Trustees certain other land in the said parish and to provide for the sale of the same and the appropriation of the proceeds thereof. [28th May, 1886.]

\ TTEREAS by a grant from the Crown bearing date the twenty-

second day of October one thousand eight hundred and seven y- two the land speeilicd in the First Schedule hereto was granted unto Robert William Newman William Barker and Edward Raynes their heirs and assigns upon trust for the erection thereon of a church of the United Church of England and Treland as by law established in con- formity with the provisions of the Act seventh William Fourth number three and the Act cighth William Fourth number five And whereas by grant from the Crown bearing date the twenty-second day of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two the land specified in the Second Schedule hereto was granted unto the said Robert William Newman William Barker and Edward Raynes their heirs and assigns upon trust for the appropriation thereof as a site for a dwelling-house garden and other appurtenances for the clergyman duly appointed to officiate in the said church of the United Church of England and Ireland in New South Wales erceted at Waverley in confor mity with the provisions of the said beforc-mentioned Acts "And whereas by a grant from the Crown bearing date the twenty-sixth day of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two the land specified in the Third Schedule hereto was granted unto the said Robert William Newman William Barker and Edward Raynes their heirs and assigns upon trust for the erection thereon of a school-house in connection with the United Church of England and Ivcland as by Jaw established And whereas the said Robert William Newman William Barker and
