North Willoughby: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Par! liament assembled, and 'by the authority of the same, as follows :— 1. From and after the passing of this Act the name of the Mteration of name Borough of North "Borough of North Willoughby" shall be and the same is hereby Willonznby to altered to the name of the " Borough of Willoughby."
