IEREAS by an Act passed on the eighth day of November, one thousand cight hundred and cighty-one, in the forty-fifth ycar

of the reign of ILer Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled "An Act to

make better provisions for the m Presbyterian Church of New Sou

election and appointment of trustees in whom such property might be
