HDWARDE VIT REGIS.
An Act to enable the Right Reverend Sohn cocsrs Rosas
Gallagher, the Roman Catholic Bishop of "ESr sce" Goulburn, the trustee of certain allotinents or parcels of land situate in the town of Goulburn, held upon certain trusts connected with the Roman Catholic Church and Roman Catholic School and charitable purposes, within the Diocese of Goulburn, to sell the said lands, and to provide for the application of the proceeds thereof; and for other purposes in connection therewith. [28th September, 1903. ]
\ \7 HEREAS by an indenture dated the thirty-first day of May, Proamble. anno domini one thousand cight hundred and seventy-two
(registered on nineteenth day of June, anno domini one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-two, numbered six hundred and ninety-seven,
book one hundred and thirty), and expressed te be made hetween the
Bank of New South Wales of the first part, Joseph Collins, of Goulburn,
in the Colony of New South Wales, of the second part, and the Right
Reverend William Lanigan, of Goulburn, in the Colony aforesaid,
Roman Catholic Bishop of Goulburn, of the third part, after recitals

whereby it appeared, and it was by the indenture now in recital witnessed, that, in consideration of the sum of ninety-one pounds paid by the said William Lanigan to the Bank of New South Wales, the said bank granted, bargained, sold, aliencd, released, and the said Joseph Collins evanted, harg cained, sold, released, ratified, 'and confirmed unto the said William Tanigs un and his heirs the lands and hereditaments, being lots one, two, and three of seetion thirty, situate in the town of Goulburn aforesaid, which ave more particularly described in the First Schedule hereto, to hold the same unto and to the use of the said William Lanigan, his heirs and assigns, for ever, freed and discharged of and from all the moneys and interest secured thereon: And whereas by an indenture dated the ninth day of November, in the year anno domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five (registered on the nineteenth day of November, anno domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, numbered eight hundred and eighty-four, book one hundred and fifty-four), and expressed to be made between Robert Henry Mariner lorster, of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, solicitor, of the one part, and the Right Reverend William Lanigan,
