An Act to enable the Council of the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai to convey and transfer certain land at Warrawee in exchange for certain other land; to amend the Local Government Act, 1919; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 26th March, 1979.]

A Plan of Subdivision of lands at Warrawee has been duly registered in the office of the Registrar General as Deposited Plan 581056:
On registration in the office of the Registrar General of the said plan, Lot 4 therein was marked with the words, "Public Reserve":
By virtue of such registration and the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1919, the land comprised in the said Lot was dedicated as a public reserve and vested in the Council of the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") for an estate in fee simple:
Upon the registration of such plan as aforesaid the Registrar General issued to the Council a Certificate of Title under the Real Property Act, 1900, being Certificate of Title Volume 12968 Folio 207 indicating thereon that such land is held as a public reserve:
Rowland James Traill is the registered proprietor under the Real Property Act, 1900, of certain land situate within the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai being the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 8425 Folio 165:
(6) The Council is willing to transfer to Rowland James Traill

the said public reserve being the area described in the First Schedule hereto and having an area df 208 square metres:
In exchange for the transfer of the said area described in the First Schedule hereto Rowland James Traill is willing to transfer to the Council certain land containing an area of 230.2 square metres being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 8425 Folio 165 and being more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereto:
