1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Financial Agreement Act 1994.
Part 2 Approval of 1994 Financial Agreement
2 Approval (1) This section applies to the agreement between the Commonwealth and States called the 1994 Financial Agreement. (2) A copy of the agreement is set out in the schedule. (3) The agreement is approved.
