Queen's Wharf Brisbane (Freehold Land) Declaration 2016
1 Short title This declaration may be cited as the Queen's Wharf Brisbane (Freehold Land) Declaration 2016.
2 Land to be granted in fee simple to the State— Act , s 43 (1) This is a freehold declaration for section 43(1)(a) of the Act. (2) The land mentioned in schedule 1, column 1 is the subject of the declaration. (3) Each interest mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 opposite the land is an ongoing interest for the land. (4) The purpose for declaring the land is stated in schedule 1, column 3 opposite the land.
