Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 2019
1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 2019.
2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 September 2019.
3 Eligible superannuation schemes— Act , s 12 For section 12(1) of the Act, each superannuation scheme stated in schedule 1 is declared to be an eligible superannuation scheme.
Schedule 1 Eligible superannuation schemes 1 CSS under the Superannuation Act 1976 (Cwlth) 2 Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme administered under the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973 (Cwlth) 3 UniSuper Scheme administered under a trust deed dated 24 December 1982
