Supreme Court (Admission Guidelines) Notice 2016
1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Supreme Court (Admission Guidelines) Notice 2016.
2 Guidelines issued under admission rules The Chief Justice has issued the following guidelines under the Supreme Court (Admission) Rules 2004, rule 9AA— (a) Admission Guidelines for Approving Academic Qualifications—Admission Guidelines Number 1 (2019); (b) Admission Guidelines for Approving Practical Legal Training Requirements—Admission Guidelines Number 2 (2019); (c) Admission Guidelines for Assessing Overseas Applications—Admission Guidelines Number 3 (2019). Note— Copies of the current guidelines are available, without charge, for public inspection— (a) at the regional registries at Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns; and (b) on the court's website.
3 Repeal The Supreme Court (Admission Guidelines) Notice 2015, SL No. 168 is repealed.
