Sanctuary Cove Resort Regulation 2020

1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Sanctuary Cove Resort Regulation 2020.

2 Commencement This regulation commences on 2 September 2020.

3 Approved uses for zones— Act , s 4A For section 4A of the Act, a use mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is approved as a use for the zone mentioned opposite the use in schedule 1, column 1.
