1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Regulation 2022.
2 Prescribed land— Act , s 17D (1) For section 17D of the Act, the land mentioned in schedule 1 is prescribed. (2) A copy of each plan mentioned in schedule 1— (a) is held by the department; and (b) may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the department's head office.
3 Repeal The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Regulation 2010, No. 341 is repealed.
