Professional Standards (Western Australian Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2020 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Western Australian Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2020. 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 July 2020. 3 Approval of interstate scheme— Act , s 14 The Western Australian Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Western Australia. Notes— 1 See— (a) section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and (b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force. 2 A copy of the scheme is available on the council's website. 4 Repeal The Professional Standards (Western Australian Bar Association Scheme) Notice 2014, SL No. 53 is repealed.
