Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022

1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022.

2 Value of fee unit generally—Act, s 48B The value of a fee unit for an Act, other than an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, is— (a) from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023—$1.025; and (b) from 1 July 2023—$1.060.

3 Value of fee unit for particular Acts—Act, s 48B (1) The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 1 is— (a) from 1 July to 31 August 2023—$1.025; and (b) from 1 September 2023—$1.060. (2) The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 is— (a) from 1 July to 30 September 2023—$1.025; and (b) from 1 October 2023—$1.060. (3) The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 3 is— (a) from 1 July to 31 December 2023—$1.025; and (b) from 1 January 2024—$1.060. (4) The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 4 is— (a) from 1 July 2023 to 30 April 2024—$1.025; and (b) from 1 May 2024—$1.060.
