Part 1 Preliminary
1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the TAFE Queensland Regulation 2024.
2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 September 2024.
Part 2 Dual sector entities
3 Dual sector entity— Act , s 57B For section 57B(1) of the Act, the Central Queensland University established under the Central Queensland University Act 1998, section 4 is prescribed.
4 Prescribed amount— Act , s 57O For section 57O(1)(c) of the Act, the amount prescribed is $3,000,000.
Part 3 Savings provision
5 Saving of operation of particular provisions of expired regulation (1) Sections 29 and 42 of the expired regulation are declared to be laws to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20A applies. (2) In this section— expired regulation means the expired TAFE Queensland Regulation 2013 as in force before the commencement.
