An Act to authorise the entering into of an agreement for the development and operation of the Brisbane Casino, and for
related purposes Brisbane Casino Agreement
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows.
PART 1—PRELIMINARY
Short title
Clause1. This Act may be cited as the Brisbane Casino Agreement Act 1992.
Definitions Clause2. In this Act— "Brisbane Casino" means a hotel-casino complex in the City of Brisbane;
"casino agreement" means the agreement made under section 4, and includes that agreement as varied from time to time under this Act;
"casino part" means the part of the Brisbane Casino that is a casino under the Control Act;
