BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with 1 the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in 2 Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. 3 Short title 4 Clause1. This Act may be cited as the Tobacco Products (Licensing) 5 Amendment Act 1992. 6 Commencement 7 Clause2. Section 4(1) commences on 1 December 1992. 8 Amended Act 9 Clause3. The Tobacco Products (Licensing) Act 1988 is amended as set out 10 in this Act. 11 Amendment of s.24 (Fees) 12 Clause4.(1) Section 24(1)— 13 omit '30 per centum' (wherever occurring), insert '75%'. 14 (2) Section 24(2)— 15 omit, insert— 16 '(2) The fee to be paid for the issue of a licence, or for the renewal of a 17 licence, for or in the licence period December 1992 is the fee applicable for 18 the licence on and from 1 December 1992.'. 19 © State of Queensland 1992
