BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows.
Short title
Clausel. This Act may be cited as the Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security Amendment Act 1993.
Amended Act
Clause2. The Law Courts and State Buildings Protective Security Act 1983 is amended as set out in this Act.
Amendment of s.4 (Interpretation) Clause3. Section 4 (definitions "department" and "Minister")—
omit.
Omission of s.17 (Discipline of protective security service) Clause4. Section 17—
