An Act to amend the New South Wales—Queensland Border Rivers Act 1946, and for other purposes

New South Wales—Queensland Border Rivers Amendment

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows.

Short title

Clause1. This Act may be cited as the New South Wales—Queensland Border Rivers Amendment Act 1993.

Commencement

Clause2. This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

Repeal of Act

Clause3. The New South Wales—Queensland Border Rivers Act Amendment Act 1968 is repealed.

Amended Act

Clause4. The New South Wales—Queensland Border Rivers Act 1946 is amended as set out in this Act.
