The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

PART 1—PRELIMINARY

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Factories and Shops Repeal Act 1995.

Commencement

2. This Act commences | year after the date of assent.

PART 2—REPEALS

Repeals 3. The Acts mentioned in the Schedule are repealed.

PART 3—AMENDMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1990
