The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Planning and
Environment) Amendment Act 1995.
Act amended
2. This Act amends the Local Government (Planning and Environment)
Act 1990.
Amendment of s 3.3 (Town planning certificates)
3.(1) Section 3.3(3)— insert—
"(d) whether or not an infrastructure agreement under part 6, division 2 applies to the premises, and, if so, whether there are obligations under the agreement that have not been fulfilled; and
