An Act to appropriate certain amounts from the consolidated fund for services of the Parliament in the financial years starting
1 July 1995, 1 July 1996 and 1 July 1997

The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act (No. 2) 1996.
Supply for 1996-97
2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1996, the sum
of $39 109 000.
(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 199 to b6 issued from the consolidated fund and applied for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1996.
Supplementary appropriation for 1995-96 based on statement of unforeseen expenditure to be appropriated
3. The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1995, the sum
of $724 000.
Supply for 1997-98
4. The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1997, the sum
of $16 947 000.
