The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Lotteries Amendment Act 1996.
Commencement
2. Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 8 December 1995.
Act amended 3. This Act amends the Lotteries Act 1994.
Amendment of s 4 (Definitions) 4. Section 4, definition "agency agreement", 'an adult'— omit, insert—
'a person (other than an individual who is a minor)'.
Amendment of s 6 (Meaning of "selling fee" and "subscription fee") 5. Section 6, heading— omit, insert—
'Meaning of "selling fee" and "subscription" '.
