The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

PART 1—PRELIMINARY

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 1996.

PART 2—AMENDMENT OF STATE SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1972
