The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1997.
Supply for 1997-98
2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1997, the sum
of $42 313 000.
(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act (No. 2) 1996 to be issued from the consolidated fund and applied for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1997.
Supply for 1998-99
3. The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1998, the sum
of $18 336 000.
