The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 1997.

Supplementary appropriation for 1996-97 based on statement of unforeseen expenditure to be appropriated

2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the public accounts, and apply for supplementing services in the financial year starting on 1 July 1996, the following amounts—
