The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

PART 1—PRELIMINARY

Short title

Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 1997. Commencement

Clause 2. Part 3 commences on 29 June 1998.

PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES ACT 1996
