The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1999.
Act amended 2. This Act amends the Criminal Code.
Amendment of s 29 (Immature age) 3. Section 29(2)—
omit, insert—
"(2) A person 10 years or more but less than 14 years is criminally responsible for an act or omission, unless it is proved that at the time of doing the act or making the omission the person did not have the capacity to know that the person ought not to do the act or make the omission.'.
