The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

PART 1—PRELIMINARY

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Code (Stalking) Amendment Act 1999.

PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CRIMINAL CODE

Code amended in pt 2 2. This part amends the Criminal Code.

Replacement of s 359A (Unlawful stalking) 3. Section 359A—

omit, insert—

"CHAPTER 33A—UNLAWFUL STALKING
