The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
PART 1—PRELIMINARY
Short title
Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1999.
Commencement
Clause 2. This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1945
Act amended by pt 2 Clause 3. This part amends the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1945.
Amendment of s 19 (Sexual offender to report address) Clause 4.(1) Section 19, heading, after 'report'— insert— 'name and' (2) Section 19(1)(c), after 'offender's'— insert—
