The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2000.1
Supplementary appropriation for 1999-2000 based on statement of unforeseen expenditure to be appropriated
2.(1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $326 759 000 from the consolidated fund to departments as stated in the schedule for the financial year starting 1 July 1999.
(2) For each department, the total amount mentioned for the department in the schedule is appropriated for the department for application to its departmental outputs, equity adjustment and administered items for the year as stated in the schedule.
1 Under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977, section 22, words used in this Act that are defined in the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977 have the same meaning the words have in that Act, subject to a contrary intention in this Act.
