An Act authorising the Treasurer to pay an amount from the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for the financial year starting 1 July 2000

The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

1__ Short title

This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act (No. 2) 2001.!

2 Supplementary appropriation for 2000-2001 based on statement of unforeseen expenditure to be appropriated

(1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $256 000 from the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for the financial year starting 1 July 2000.

(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) is appropriated for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for application to its departmental outputs, equity adjustment and administered items for the year as follows—

Controlled items Departmental outputs $256 000 Equity adjustment Administered items . Total amount $256 000
