The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
PART 1—PRELIMINARY
Clause 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Drugs Misuse (Amphetamine Offences) Amendment Act 2001.
PART 2—AMENDMENT OF DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986
Clause 2 Act amended
This part amends the Drugs Misuse Act 1986.
Clause 3 Insertion of new s 63 After section 62—
insert—
'63 Declaration for Drugs Misuse (Amphetamine Offences) Amendment Act 2001
'To remove doubt, it is declared that the amendments of the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987 made by the Drugs Misuse (Amphetamine Offences) Amendment Act 2001 may be amended or repealed by a regulation made under this Act.'.
