The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
PART 1—PRELIMINARY
Clause 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Penalties and Sentences (Non-contact Orders) Amendment Act 2001.
Clause 2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
PART 2—AMENDMENT OF PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992
Clause 3 Act amended in pt 2 This part amends the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992.
Clause 4 Amendment of s 4 (Definitions) Section 4— insert— ' "Crown prosecutor", for part 3A, includes— (a) the Attorney-General; and (b) the director of public prosecutions; and
