The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

1__ Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin) Amendment Act 2001.

2 Act amended

This Act amends the Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin) Act 2001.

3 Amendment of title Title, after 'Burnett Basin' — insert—

', and for other purposes'.

4 Insertion of new pts 3A and 3B After part 3—

insert—

'PART 3A—AMENDMENT OF WATER RESOURCE (BURNETT BASIN) PLAN 2000

'10A Plan amended in pt 3A '(1) This part amends the Water Resource (Burnett Basin) Plan 2000.

'(2) This part has effect despite the Water Act 2000, chapter 2, part 3, division 2.!
