The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

1__ Short title

This Act may be cited as the Drug Rehabilitation (North Queensland Court Diversion Initiative) Amendment Act 2002.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

3 Act amended This Act amends the Drug Rehabilitation (Court Diversion) Act 2000.
