The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
1__ Short title
This Act may be cited as the Transport (Compulsory BAC Testing) Amendment Act 2002.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
3. Act amended
This Act amends the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995.
4 Amendment of s 80 (Provisions with respect to breath tests and laboratory tests)
Section 80(2A)— insert—
'(d) was otherwise involved in the incident, whether as a passenger or a pedestrian, and is at least 15 years;'.
