The Parliament of Queensland enacts—

1__ Short title

This Act may be cited as the First Home Owner Grant Amendment Act 2003.

2 Commencement (1) Sections 3, 4 and 10 commence on assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 January 2004.

3. Act amended This Act amends the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.
