GRAMMAR SCHOOLS AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL 2003
AMENDMENTS AGREED TO IN COMMITTEE
1 Clause 23— Page 28, lines 11 and 12— omit, insert— '(b) for the Sunshine Coast Grammar School—
(i) at a time during the period of 1 year starting on the commencement day—the entity operating the school at the time; or
(ii) at a later time—the entity operating the school on the day that is 1 year after the commencement day.'.
2 Clause 23— At page 28, line 14 to line 15, 'its current operator' —
omit, insert— 'Sunshine Coast Grammar School Pty Ltd ACN 064 506 814'.
