To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2)(b) does not prevent a statutory instrument, mentioned in the subsection and being continued in force, from being amended or repealed before its expiry under this Act.

(a) are continued in force as codes of practice; and (b) expire 10 years after their commencement.
