The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 1 Short title 2 This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2004. 3

2 Supplementary appropriation for 2003-2004 based on 4 statement of unforeseen expenditure to be appropriated 5

(1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $2 375 231000 from the 6 consolidated fund for departments as stated in the schedule for 7

the financial year starting 1 July 2003. 8

(2) For each department, the total amount mentioned for the 9 department in the schedule is appropriated for the department 10 for application to its departmental outputs, equity adjustment 11 and administered items for the year as stated in the schedule. 12
