1 Clause 86 (Insertion of new ss 140A and 140B)— At page 47, lines 23 and 24, from 'supervised' —

omit, insert— 'applicable supervised practice plan that—

(a) accompanied the application for the special purpose registration; or

(b) was approved by the board for the registrant under section 15O0AB.'.

2 Clause 91 (Amendment of s 149 (Grounds for cancellation))—

At page 50, lines 2 and 3, '150B(4) and 150C(8)'— omit, insert— "150AA(4) and 150AC(8)'.

3 Clause 94 (Replacement of s 150A (Amending or replacing certificate of special purpose registration))—

This section applies to a person mentioned in section 1S50AA(1) who wishes to transfer to a position that will require the person to practise the profession in accordance with a supervised practice plan different to that under which the person is currently practising the profession.

The person must apply to the board for approval of a proposed supervised practice plan for the person relevant to the position.

The application must— (a) bein the approved form; and

(b) be accompanied by the proposed supervised practice plan for the person relevant to the position.

The board must consider the application and decide to approve, or refuse to approve, the proposed supervised practice plan.
