The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Amendment Act 2007.
Act amended This Act amends the Local Government Act 1993.
Omission of s 159ZY (Polls) Section 159ZY—
omit.
Amendment of s 160 (Procedures before exercise of certain powers)
Section 160(2)(aa)—
omit.
Amendment of s 164 (Dissolution of local government)
Section 164(1)(a), ', including by contravening section 159ZY(1),'—
